A simple morning superfood boost with a big flavour punch. A great source of amino acids, magnesium, potassium, and iron.
Ingredients/ Total prep time 5 Mins
- 1 banana
- 4-5 pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- 2 tablespoons of Hemp Protein (30g)
- 1 tablespoon of pre-biotic honey (Normal honey is also fine)
- Almond Milk or Coconut Milk/Water
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Cinnamon if desired
Place all ingredients in blender or smoothie bullet, blend until smooth and enjoy.
