      One of our most asked about and praised items from our recent Autumn menu, our hemp seed crackers are a great energy boosting snack packed with good fats, protein & fibre. We love them, and we know you will too.

      Incorporating hemp seeds into your diet is extremely beneficial if you’re looking to improve digestion, increase your plant protein consumption as well as reduce sugar and hunger cravings. We love using Hemp Hearts from our friends at Hemp Factory Australia because they are 100% organically grown and prepared in food safe, allergy free environments fresh from the farm. They are creamy, nutty, a complete protein and high in omega 3 FA.


      Recipe Makes 2 trays

      What you will need

      80g Finely ground flax seed
      7g Salt
      2 2/3 Cups water
      65g Pumpkin seeds
      65g Sunflower seeds
      30g Hemp seeds
      50g Mixed sesame seeds


      Step one: Pre line 2 large trays with baking paper

      Step two: Mix together flax, salt and water

      Step three: Evenly spread the flax mixture over the baking trays

      Step four: Sprinkle the mixture with the mixed seeds

      Step five: Bake at 150 degrees for 25 minute or until the mixture is dry

      Store in an airtight container for up to a week & enjoy!
