I know I haven’t been drinking enough water, I’m forgetting to eat – yes, I own a café, but I wasn’t doing anything right! After a long talk about my health and everything in between I have decided to go dairy free for 3 weeks and see how it changes my mood, body and emotions.
Owner Jacqui, and her media coordinator Ruby, have created this simple two ingredient vegan hemp milk, a great dairy replacement, and full of essential fatty acids.
1 cup hemp hearts
3 cups of water
Combine your ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes in a high speed blender, Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
