- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 20g natural almonds
- 2 tablespoons Hemp Hearts
- 1 teaspoon hemp seed oil
- 1 teaspoon pre-biotic honey
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Almond/Coconut milk or Coconut – Add to desired consistency
